The Jakarta Environment Agency is about to mark Earth Hour, when people are expected to switch off their lights for one hour, on Saturday (11/26) night from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
It is by Governor Instruction No. 14/2021 on the Implementation of Blackouts to Save Energy and Reduce Carbon Emissions.

It aims to provide educational messages, thus people save energy and contribute to reducing emissions.
"By turning off the lights for one hour, we will save energy while reducing carbon emissions. Let's be part of saving the earth," he stressed.

A. The entire building of the Jakarta Provincial Government Office (except hospitals, health centers, clinics, etc)
B. Protocol and arterial roads
C. Jakarta City symbols, such as:
1. City Hall Building
2. National Monument (Monas) and its fountain
3. Arjuna Wiwaha Statue and its fountain
4. Hotel Indonesia Roundabout and its fountain
5. Heroes Monument and its fountain
6. Hero Statue
7. Sudirman Statue
